Retroman is a paid app and does not include advertising or user tracking features. We have significantly reduced data collection. However, we still use some third-party services for app functionality and improvement:

• Performance Data: Used for app performance monitoring through Firebase
• App Interaction Data: Collected by Firebase for analytics purposes

We do not knowingly collect personal information from our users. This means:

• Our app does not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifying information from users.
• We do not create user accounts or profiles within our app.
• Any game progress or settings are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if you choose to enable sync.
• We do not have access to or store any personal information on our servers.

3. Data Storage and Access

We do not store any user data on our servers. All game data, ROMs, and save files are primarily stored locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud sync, your save files may be synced to your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework.

3.1 Data Retention

Our data retention practices are as follows:

• Game progress and settings stored locally on your device are retained until you delete the app or clear its data through your device settings.
• If you've enabled iCloud sync, your save data in iCloud is retained according to Apple's data retention policies. You can manage or delete this data through your iCloud settings.
• We do not set a fixed time limit for data retention as this data is under user control.
• For information about retention periods for data collected by third-party services like Firebase and Crashlytics, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

4. Use of Collected Information

Retroman is designed with user privacy in mind. We do not collect or store personal user data on our own servers. However, certain non-personal information may be processed by our third-party partners (such as Firebase and Crashlytics) for the following purposes:
